Bonded and Insured

Mercy Home Services bonds and insures all of our Caregivers. Bonded and insured Caregivers protects seniors and their families against any potential loss or liability lawsuits. Oftentimes, homeowner’s insurance does not fully cover job-related injuries, unless specific requests are made. All Mercy Home Services team members are considered to be company employees and are covered by general and professional liability insurance, along with worker’s compensation.

Mercy Home Services Caregivers who provide transportation are required to have a valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and California Motor Vehicle Report check. If an accident was to occur during our Caregiver’s visit to your home, the costs incurred would be covered. All of our Caregivers are bonded, so that, if there were any theft or damaged property, you can be fully compensated. Mercy Home Services is dedicated to providing responsible and highest quality of in home care. You can have the ultimate peace of mind knowing that all of our Caregivers are bonded and insured.

Mercy Home Services offers a free in-home consultation to understand you and your loved one’s needs so that we may provide the best service possible. Mercy Home Services representative will meet with you or your loved one to develop a care plan and address all of your requirements, questions, and concerns.

23 Point Screening Process

Real Time Caregiver Monitoring System

Each of our Caregivers has been carefully selected after completing and passing our 23-point screening process. The system allows us to log and notate the shifts they have scheduled, and records their attendance in real time. Should a Caregiver not arrive at a scheduled home within several minutes of their shift, we are quickly notified. In the event that this situation occurs, we immediately and continuously reach out to the Caregiver until it is verified that he or she has arrived to the scheduled home safely.
